What is the free 20-minute quick scan?
A 20-minute video call. You tell us where the week goes, and we point out the biggest leaks we hear: missed calls, leads nobody followed up, invoices nobody chased, copy-paste between tools. If a paid Audit would be worth it, we say so. If not, we say that too.

Why start with an Audit?
The Audit finds what is worth fixing first, so you only pay to build what will save time or money. It costs from $500, and the fee is credited toward a build signed within 30 days.

Does anything go out without my OK?
New things don’t. AI drafts the emails, posts, replies and prices, and each one waits in an Approvals list until you click OK. Routine messages, like the text a missed caller gets, use wording you approve once at setup and then send on their own.

Do I own what you build?
Yes. Automations, apps and data live on accounts in your name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

Where do you work?
Anywhere. We are a remote team and work with businesses worldwide over video calls and screen shares, at times that suit your time zone. Prices are in USD, and Canadian clients can pay in CAD.

Do you use Zapier or other tools?
No. We build your automations, AI receptionist and apps ourselves, so you don’t pay for more subscriptions. We only use services that can’t be built, like payments, phone lines and AI models. Those run on your accounts, and you pay them directly.

How long does a project take?
An Audit takes 1–2 weeks. Missed-call recovery and Website clean-up usually take 1–3 weeks. Bigger builds take longer, and we deliver them in small pieces you can test.
