Online stores & brands
Your store runs on ten apps. Your team still copies and pastes.
Orders, stock, support, reviews and reports all live in different places, and someone moves the data by hand. We clean up your site, automate the repeat work and cut the apps you no longer need. You approve anything that goes to a customer.

Departments
Where we start
Every project starts with a free quick scan and an Audit. These are the departments that usually come next.
Examples
What it can look like
These are common starting points, not promises. The Audit shows which ones are worth it for your business.
- New order → fulfilment update → customer email, with no copy and paste
- Forms and enquiries that land in one list, with an instant reply
- Low-stock alerts and reorder reminders
- Weekly sales and ad numbers sent to your inbox
- Review requests that go out after the product arrives
- Social posts and a monthly newsletter drafted from your products, approved by you

FAQ
Common questions
Questions owners like you often have before we start.
001
Do you work with Shopify?
Yes, and with WordPress and custom sites too. We also connect the tools around your store, like email, reviews, support and accounting.
002
Will automated replies annoy my customers?
They shouldn’t. We set them up to answer the common questions well and pass anything tricky to a real person. You approve the wording first.
003
Can you remove apps we pay for?
Often. The Audit lists every app and what it costs, then shows which ones can be merged or replaced.
004
What is the free 20-minute quick scan?
A 20-minute video call. You tell us where the week goes, and we point out the biggest leaks we hear: missed calls, leads nobody followed up, invoices nobody chased, copy-paste between tools. If a paid Audit would be worth it, we say so. If not, we say that too.
005
Why start with an Audit?
The Audit finds what is worth fixing first, so you only pay to build what will save time or money. It costs from $500, and the fee is credited toward a build signed within 30 days.
Find the biggest leak first. Then fix it.
Book a free 20-minute quick scan. Tell us where your week goes, and we'll point to the biggest leak. If an Automation Audit is worth it, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too.
