Clinics & healthcare · coming next
Clinics are coming next. Talk to us first.
Patient information needs extra care. Before we take on clinic work, we are putting the right hosting and privacy terms in place. We are not selling clinic projects yet. If your front desk is drowning, book a free quick scan and we’ll tell you plainly when we’re ready.

Where we start
Every project starts with a free quick scan and an Audit. These are the departments that usually come next.
Examples
What it can look like
These are common starting points, not promises. The Audit shows which ones are worth it for your business.
- Coming next: missed-call text-back, so callers get a reply right away
- Coming next: an AI receptionist for after-hours calls that hands patients to your staff
- Coming next: appointment reminders by text and email
- Coming next: digital intake forms instead of clipboards
- Not yet: anything that touches patient records
- Today: a free quick scan, so you’re first in line when it’s ready

FAQ
Common questions
Questions owners like you often have before we start.
001
Can you work with my clinic now?
Not yet. Patient information needs the right hosting and privacy terms, and we are putting those in place first. Book a free quick scan and we’ll let you know as soon as we’re ready.
002
Will an AI receptionist replace my front desk?
No. When it’s ready for clinics, it will cover the calls your team can’t get to, like after hours, and pass the details to your staff.
003
How will you handle patient information?
Carefully, and not until the right hosting and privacy terms are in place. We won’t touch patient data before then.
004
What is the free 20-minute quick scan?
A 20-minute video call. You tell us where the week goes, and we point out the biggest leaks we hear: missed calls, leads nobody followed up, invoices nobody chased, copy-paste between tools. If a paid Audit would be worth it, we say so. If not, we say that too.
005
Why start with an Audit?
The Audit finds what is worth fixing first, so you only pay to build what will save time or money. It costs from $500, and the fee is credited toward a build signed within 30 days.
Find the biggest leak first. Then fix it.
